Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2026
BEAT.GG is for entertainment. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Do not chase losses or borrow money to gamble. We may contact you, set limits, or restrict or close your account if we believe gambling may be harming you.
Deposit limits
You may ask Support to set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit on your account, or to lower an existing limit. A request takes effect within one working day of Support receiving it. We do not currently accept requests to raise or remove a deposit limit. A deposit that would take you over your limit is held and is not added to your balance; contact Support about a held deposit.
Cooling-off
You may request a seven-day cooling-off period through the account tool or Support. It blocks gambling, deposits, promotions, rewards, chat and tips for the period. Support, security, account history and withdrawal assistance remain available where permitted.
Self-exclusion
You may request self-exclusion in your account or through Support. In your account, it starts immediately when you explicitly confirm self-exclusion. Email confirmation is not required. A Support request takes effect within one working day of receipt. Bets accepted before activation settle under their normal rules.
Self-exclusion lasts at least six calendar months. Longer periods, including permanent exclusion, can be requested through Support. Gambling and promotional activity are blocked, and promotional messages are suppressed. An active self-exclusion cannot be shortened or cancelled during its period and does not end automatically. During self-exclusion, any withdrawable balance is returned through Support after the required security or verification checks.
After the exclusion period, contact Support if you want the account reviewed for possible reactivation.
Account closure
You can ask Support to close your account at any time. Any withdrawable balance is returned after the required security or verification checks.
