Each offer or feature must show its eligibility, amount, wagering requirement, excluded games, expiry and withdrawal conditions. Rewards are personal and may be cancelled for multiple accounts, collusion, automation, fraud, technical error or another breach. VIP benefits are governed by the current account or VIP page.

Tips and player Rain are optional player-to-player transfers, not deposits or guarantees of winnings, and are unavailable during restrictions or self-exclusion. They cannot be cancelled once sent. Player Rain is shared among eligible members of the chat room where it is sent.

Operator Rain

Operator Rain is an operator-funded restricted USD bonus. Review your award amount, eligibility, wagering multiplier and target, eligible games and expiry on the Bonus page before claiming. An award may also set a maximum amount that can convert to cash and eligibility conditions, such as prior deposits; these are shown on the Bonus page before you claim. Each award retains the terms stored when it was issued.

The offer expires 30 days after it was issued. Claiming does not extend this deadline. Once the wagering target is met and all associated bets have been processed and settled, the remaining bonus balance converts to cash, up to any maximum conversion amount. The restricted bonus cannot be withdrawn before conversion. Converted cash remains subject to the withdrawal rules in the Terms of Service.

At expiry, already accepted bets are settled before the remaining balance is converted if the wagering target was met, or expires if it was not. Operator Rain is not a deposit or guarantee of winnings. New claims and bonus wagering are unavailable during account restrictions or self-exclusion.

Operator Gift

Operator Gift is a restricted USD bonus that we may award to individual players. It follows the same rules as Operator Rain.
